This policy explains how Kathy & Co. handles personal data when you use this website or contact us about property, relocation or visa services, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: name, nationality (optional), contact method and contact details (WhatsApp number, LINE ID or email), preferred area, property type, budget, timing, and your message.
- Visa consultation details you give us: visa type of interest, age, whether you are in Thailand, country of residence, intended province, previous Thai visa and whether you have bought a condominium.
- Listing reference: the property ID and page address when you enquire about a specific listing.
- Messages you send us on LINE, WhatsApp or WeChat.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes basic connection data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the website.
Please do not send passport, ID card or bank account numbers through the website.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and provide the property, relocation or visa assistance you ask for (steps taken at your request before or under a contract).
- To keep records of enquiries and protect the website from spam and misuse (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not send marketing messages without your separate permission. Lawful bases are subject to legal review.
4. Who receives it
- Messaging services you choose (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat) when you contact us through them.
- Website hosting (Cloudflare) and web fonts (Google Fonts), which receive technical connection data.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC), only if you accept optional cookies: pages visited, device and approximate location data, to understand website usage. Google may process this data outside Thailand.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country and device type). It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. Cloudflare may process this data outside Thailand.
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail), if online form submission is enabled, to store enquiries in a private sheet and notify us. This is not active yet; forms currently ask you to send your details by WhatsApp or LINE.
- Property owners, developers or their agents, only as needed to arrange viewings or offers you request.
- Visa specialists or lawyers, only when you ask for professional assistance.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards the providers offer under their own terms. Details: to be confirmed in legal review.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and any legal requirements. Specific retention periods: to be confirmed by the owner.
7. Security
Enquiry records are kept in private systems with access limited to the people who handle your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or move it to another provider, and you may withdraw any consent you gave. Contact us using the details in section 1. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
9. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses Google Analytics only if you accept optional cookies. Without your permission, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. The website also stores a few preferences in your browser:
You can accept or reject optional cookies in the banner, and change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of each page. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect how the website works.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not set cookies or store anything on your device, so it runs without the cookie banner choice.
