About Kathy & Co.
Kathy & Co. is a boutique real estate advisory in Bangkok. We help expatriates, executives, families and investors rent, buy and sell residences in the central corridor from Thonglor to Langsuan, and we help owners lease and sell their homes. We would rather show you three right homes than thirty possible ones.
Professional certification
Our founder, Kathy, is a TREBA-Licensed Real Estate Agent. TREBA is the Thai Real Estate Broker Association, and the certification is a professional qualification from the association. It is not a government-issued licence, and it belongs to Kathy personally rather than to every member of the team.
For privacy, we do not publish certificate images online. Kathy is happy to show the credential to clients on request or at a meeting.
Where we work
Our focus is the corridor from Thonglor to Langsuan: Thong Lo, Phrom Phong, Asok, Nana, Ploenchit, Chidlom and Langsuan, with Ekkamai next door. Knowing a smaller area well lets us tell you which buildings are well run, which units are quiet and what rents are realistic. When a client needs something outside this area, we say so and help where we can.

How we work
- Shortlist first. We listen to your budget, timing and priorities, then preview units before you see them.
- Facts before promises. For buyers, we check the foreign quota and the title before any deposit, and we explain the lawful structures. See our guide to foreign property ownership.
- Independent legal work. We are not a law firm. For contracts and transfers we introduce independent lawyers.
- Discretion. We keep client and owner details private and never publish owners' contact information.
